Base pay ($16.50 /hr) + Monthly commission

Responsibilities

: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries - Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions Experience: - Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred - Strong negotiation and persuasive skills - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers - Proficient in using technology for sales purposes As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, building relationships with customers, and recommending products or services that meet their needs.
