Business Development Executive - Staffing Sales Jacksonville, FL (On-site) Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses + Car & Trip Incentives + Benefits + 401(k) Match Partners Personnel is a nationwide light industrial staffing firm experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to build new client relationships and grow a personal book of business in the Jacksonville market. This is a pure sales, individual contributor role. Not remote. What You'll Do * Prospect and close new B2B clients within light industrial staffing * Build and grow a profitable book of business * Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close and account expansion * Develop long-term, consultative client relationships * Manage pricing and margins to drive profitability * Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs What We're Looking For * Staffing industry sales experience - REQUIRED * Proven success in B2B outside sales * Strong understanding of staffing pricing and margins * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus What We Offer * Base salary: $65,000 -$75,000 (based on staffing sales experience) * Uncapped commission -- no sunset clause * KPI-driven bonuses * Car and trip incentives * Excellent benefits and 401(k) match (fully vested day one) * Wide-open sales territory and strong internal support About Partners Personnel Partners Personnel is a booming nationwide light industrial staffing firm , recognized by SIA as Best Staffing Firm to Work For four years in a row and ClearlyRated Best of Staffing for clients and talent.
