Director of Sales and Marketing This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales and marketing efforts for a respected senior living community. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and mentorship to a dedicated team, driving occupancy and revenue growth while enhancing the community's market presence. Join a mission-driven organization that values innovation and the well-being of seniors. * Director of Sales and Marketing Benefits & Compensation * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. * 401(k) with company match and generous paid time off. * Supportive culture with opportunities for professional development. * Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing. * Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the senior living or healthcare sector. * Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving occupancy in a senior living community. * Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and community engagement tactics. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Director of Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy and achieve revenue goals. * Provide executive leadership and oversight to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture. * Lead, mentor, and coach sales staff to ensure effective lead management and relationship-building with prospective residents and families. * Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion. * Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and community outreach. * Establish and monitor sales metrics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed. * Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations. * Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.Goodwin Recruiting
