Position: Business Development Representative Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay: $80,000-$100,000/year Experience: 5 to 7 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience within property management, multifamily, or real estate. Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift * HH Staffing* is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! * Job Description: * Identify and secure new multifamily and HOA property management opportunities across Florida. * Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and asset managers. * Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and management agreements. * Drive portfolio growth by originating and closing new management contracts. * Track leads, pipeline activity, and conversions using CRM systems. * Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with company objectives. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. * Position Requirements: * Strong existing network within Florida's real estate, multifamily, or HOA market. * Proven ability to close new management contracts or large-scale real estate service deals. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Familiarity with the Florida multifamily and HOA landscape. * Ability to work independently and manage a results-driven workload. * Highly motivated, professional, and relationship-focused. * HH Staffing* is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology- enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream. _ We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
