Full description of the position

We are an established aviation parts and service distribution company based in Jacksonville, Fla., seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support our domestic and international aircraft customers. We are looking for a high-energy and driven Inside Sales Professional ready to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales, excellent communication skills and follow up and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing customer expectations and closing transactions.

Responsibilities

:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow up on leads
  • Use CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads and forecast sales
  • Collaborate with sales assistants and other cross-functional teams to ensure that clients have a positive experience
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Ensure that product is received by client and that client is satisfied with service Logistics experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
