As a Sr. Director of Sales, key responsibilities include leadership of Buddy's Kitchen core values, development, and implementation of strategies for key segments that drive our business forward. This position leads acceleration of business performance across all market segments, creating strong customer partnerships, market share growth, elevating our sales capabilities, and ensuring profitable growth. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY : Manages the commercialization activities of food-based prototypes, development concepts, and private label custom products through all phases of customer approval, internal documentation processes, and initial production. * Develop and implement clear governance and cadences for managing review of in-market performance for execution of channel sales budget. * Exceptional people skills to build, develop and maintain solid relationships. * Drive for Results - Function as champion for the organization in consistently delivering assigned metrics for volume, net sales, EBITDA and revenue growth. * Channel Strategy & Customer Prioritization - * Develop strategies and performance metrics for key segments and customer groups. * Identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue and profitability. * Customer Engagement - Build positive relationships with strategic customers across the enterprise to create long-term value and new business opportunities. * Operational Excellence - Ensure alignment of business performance with cross-functional partners through participation in Integrated Business Planning/ Sales & Operations cycle, Sales Business Planning, and Management forums. Function as the Customer expert in multi-year strategic planning and development of annual operating plans. * Maintain behaviors that support our CORE VALUES. * Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position collaborates with Associates across all departments. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Minimum of eight years' education and experience, bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS None required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES * Proven work experience as a Sr. Director of Sales or similar role. * Strong working knowledge of Buddy's Kitchen, competitive products, and the market. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated analytical, organizational and time management skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. * Demonstrated strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills. * Must be an enthusiastic initiative-taker, resourceful, highly dependable, and able to establish and maintain priorities. * On-site work with 20-30% travel.
