About the Junior Business Development / Sales Executive Role: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

of the Junior Business Development / Sales Executive:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Understand client workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
• Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report performance metrics
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize profitability and satisfaction
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality candidate placements

Requirements

of the Junior Business Development / Sales Executive:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar) preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
