About us We are a family owned paper product/janitorial supply business that was founded in 1906 and has grown into a multi-location business that spans multiple states. We pride ourselves on great customer service and delivery of our product by our own drivers on our own fleet of trucks. We are looking for an outside sales rep to cover our sales territory based out of Fergus Falls that extends to Alexandria, Elbow Lake, Morris, Wahpeton/Breckenridge and many surrounding communities. This is an established territory and a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow. This person must live within the sales territory. We are looking for a Long Term Sales Professional with a desire to succeed. As an outside sales rep you will be responsible for growing our current business by working directly with our current customers and also engaging new customers. Responsibilities * Call on new and existing customers in an established territory. * Demonstrate new products to customers. * Be the one source for our customers, i.e. orders, returns, credit, any product issues. * Report directly to our sales manager. * Possible overnight travel. (No more than one night per week.) Education and Experience * Previous sales experience required. * Proficient computer skills. * Personable, ambitious, hardworking personalities will be the most successful. * Strong time management skills are necessary. * Must have a clean driving record. Compensation * Salary is commission with semi-monthly draw and expenses. Published salary range is based on current territory sales statistics. Salary is not guaranteed or limited by published range. * Mileage for driving your personal vehicle. * Benefit package. Pre-employment drug test required.
