Overview

We are seeking a professional and driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while promoting cardiac monitoring services. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of cardiac patients, excels in face-to- face relationship management, and is comfortable working in a high-travel, territory-based sales environment. This is a remote position requiring 100% travel within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. Candidates must reside in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through in-person meetings with customers
• Educate healthcare providers on cardiac monitoring solutions and patient benefits
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cardiac patients and related clinical workflows
• Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry opportunities
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using Salesforce (required)
• Monitor sales goals and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and clinical best practices through continuing education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac patients and cardiovascular care environments
• Salesforce experience is a must
• Proven success in face-to-face, territory-based sales or account management
• Strong marketing, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Strong computer and CRM proficiency
