Inside Sales Representative A local supply company in Pensacola, Florida is looking for a qualified customer services (Sales Support) to join their team. Job Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of sales support activities, including but not limited to handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders. * Oversee resource allocation and workflow for order processing and RFQ responses to ensure efficiency. * Lead sales process improvements by reviewing and optimizing operational efficiency. * Manage key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with strategic customers. * Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. * Analyze sales support metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements. * Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to drive business performance. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sales support process and procedures. * Take on new assignments as needed to support business objectives. * Work cross-functionally with global teams and departments to align on business goals. Qualifications: *Bachelor 's Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field. *Proven minimum 5 years ' experience in sales support / customer service leadership role. * General Knowledge of the commercial Airline / MRO / OEM Marketplace. * Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving approach. * Key Account Management. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Positive attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Adaptable to rapid changes and business growth. * Aerospace/MRO Industries experiences is a bonus Compensation & Benefits: * For this position, you will be paid $65-75k/yr * Direct Hire position By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Landrum and its affiliates and contracted partners.
