Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, have experience in food preparation and handling, and possess a solid understanding of POS systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting various restaurant operations including food service, cashiering, and sanitation. The Team Member will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities * Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards * Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling * Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests promptly * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities * Handle cashier duties including processing payments accurately and giving correct change * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces through bussing and sanitation practices * Assist with food delivery from kitchen to customers or tables as needed * Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively * Follow all health regulations related to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards Requirements * Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred * Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus * Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours * Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and food safety protocols * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Basic understanding of sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures * Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required * Prior experience in cafe, grocery store, or restaurant settings is advantageous This position provides an engaging environment for those passionate about the food industry and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
