Job Title - Shipping Lead/Shipping Receiving Lead/Shipping Receiving Manager - Quick Interview!! Quick Offer!! Location - Acton, MA Pay range - $28-$30/HR #GRPC Summary: Logistics Coordinator overseeing domestic and international shipping, warehousing, and transportation activities. Job Requirements * Previous logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations experience * Experience with international shipping processes and documentation * Experience building wooden crates and using a nail gun and shipping stapler * Proficiency with standard computer and shipping software systems * Ability to comply with all shipping laws, regulations, and international requirements * Ability to work on-site in Chelmsford as needed Preferred Skills * Experience negotiating rates and services with transportation companies * Background in planning shipment routes and consolidating loads * Prior experience packaging and shipping spare parts orders * Experience tracking transport costs, shipment status, and efficiency metrics Job Responsibilities * Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer shipments * Work with customers to determine preferred shipment requirements and communicate details to sales and production teams * Package and ship all spare parts orders accurately and on schedule * Negotiate with transportation companies to obtain cost-effective, reliable shipping options * Plan routes, schedule carriers, and process shipments * Track transport costs and performance to support cost and efficiency targets * Resolve shipping issues, customer complaints, and shipping damage claims * Meet established cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets * Ensure compliance with all shipping laws, regulations, and international shipping requirements Job Disclaimer: Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short- term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
