Griffin's Hub is looking for an experienced automotive sales consultant to add to our team! Griffin automotive offers new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Ford brand vehicles as well as 4 stores to sell used car inventory from! We are looking for a self motivated, organized hustler that enjoys the art of sales and building a long standing clientele while providing fantastic customer service and an informed enjoyable buying experience. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year sales experience with a valid Wisconsin sales license and good driving record. If this sounds like you please apply here or stop in M-F from 9am-7pm for an application. 5700 S 27th st, Milwaukee WI 53221 Responsibilities * Come to work with a great attitude. * Present, promote and sell products/services using a proven sales process with both and prospective customers * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads using data mining tools * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through both formal Chevrolet portal and in store training Skills * Proven work experience as a sales representative preferred but not required! * Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer wants and needs * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: * Milwaukee, WI 53221 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Milwaukee, WI 53221: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
