Gregg Young Omaha is searching for a Sales Consultant to join our TEAM at our Chevrolet dealership. Gregg Young Automotive Group is dedicated to finding, empowering, and creating an educated, motivated, and inspired TEAM of employees that will go the extra mile for our customers every time, without fail. Starting with our first dealership over 25 years ago and expanding to 12 dealerships spread throughout NE, IA, & WI, we aim to continue growing our business while simultaneously growing our people and their career paths. Sales Consultant Requirements: * previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required * customer interactions: assess customer's needs, determine which vehicle(s) meet and/or exceed their needs & wants, vehicle demonstration, affordability presentation, negotiations & closing the sale and positioning the customer to take delivery in the finance dept. * having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to learn, adjust, grow, and improve * provide a world-class customer experience that generates retention & creates a positive ownership continuum for our customers * report to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses * building & maintaining relationships with the fellow sales consultants, sales & finance managers, office personnel, fixed operations depts., manufacturer representatives & most importantly the customers * initiative, self-motivation, positive attitude & outlook coupled with an immense inner desire to be great!
