Job Title: Sports Card Operations & Inventory Specialist Location: Hybrid / Remote Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation: Competitive, based on experience About Us We are a fast-growing sports-card and collectibles business specializing in buying, selling, grading, and managing high-end modern and vintage cards. Our operation is data-driven, fast-moving, and constantly evolving -- and we're looking for someone hungry to learn the sports-card industry from the inside. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to help manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, shipping, grading submissions, and market tracking. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, eager to learn the buying and selling process, and excited to work in the sports-card market. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Operations * Manage and organize card inventory (raw, graded, sealed boxes, etc.) * Maintain accurate records of card locations, values, and statuses * Prepare shipments for customers, grading companies (PSA, BGS, CGC), and consignments * Track incoming and outgoing packages using USPS/UPS/FedEx tools * Ensure safe handling, storage, and packaging of high-value items Grading & Submissions * Prepare grading submissions (PSA, BGS, CGC): paperwork, photos, labeling * Track grades, expected turnaround times, and population updates * Maintain a grading pipeline dashboard (submitted, received, up-charges, etc.) Market Research & Analytics * Track population reports and market trends across grading companies * Analyze comps and historical sales data (eBay, Goldin, PWCC, MySlabs, Alt, etc.) * Identify buying opportunities and under-priced listings * Help maintain and update our sales and pricing database Sales & Listings (Optional / Trainable) * List items across platforms (eBay, Whatnot, MySlabs, IG, Shopify) * Respond to buyer inquiries and assist with customer service * Coordinate live selling streams or auctions (if applicable) Requirements * Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping * Comfortable with spreadsheets, data tracking, and market analysis * Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn platforms and tools * Reliable, organized, and able to handle high-value items with care * Willing to learn the sports-card market (training provided) * Ability to work independently within a structured system * Experience with shipping/logistics is a plus * Knowledge of sports, players, or the card market is a bonus -- not required What We Offer * Training in buying, selling, and grading strategy * Growth opportunities in acquisitions, analytics, and live sales * Access to high-end modern & vintage cards * A supportive, fast-paced environment with mentorship * Competitive pay with performance bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Valley Village, CA 91607
