Voted Orlando 's Best Roofing Contractor 2024 Top 10 in The Orlando Sentinel 's Top Workplaces 2024 and 2025 What You 'll Do * Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Estimators to hit and exceed company sales goals. * Provide ongoing training, ride-along support, and 1:1 coaching to strengthen team performance. * Run engaging Tuesday morning sales meetings with role-playing, training, and guest speakers. * Stay organized with your own book of business while helping your team build theirs. * Recruit and interview new talent for your sales team, keeping our pipeline strong. * Be the go-to resource for your Estimators in the field--ready to support via phone, text, or email. * Partner with leadership to communicate updates, report metrics, and share team performance. What We 're Looking For * Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating and developing teams. * Roofing or construction industry experience is strongly preferred. * Excellent communication and coaching skills--you know how to bring out the best in people. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle your own sales book and team leadership. * Valid driver's license and willingness to be hands-on in the field. * Confidence with technology (database and word processing software) and able to type 45+ WPM.
