Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic compassionate and results driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales initiatives at our All American at Hillsborough Assisted Living We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate sales leader to help families navigate the transition to assisted living while driving occupancy growth at our community. A Love for the senior population is a must Duties * Build and maintain relationships with potential residents, families and referral sources * Analyze market trends and customer needs * Conduct community tours, answer inquires and provide information on our services and amenities * Guide prospective residents and their families through the decision making process with empathy and expertise * Managing customer relationships and reporting on performance metrics is important. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals * Oversee the marketing materials and effectively roll out campaigns that effectively communicate our product * Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and move ins in the CRM system. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferrably senior living or healthcare. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate with a compassionate approach * Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions. * Ability to build trust and rapport with seniors and their families * Self motivate, goal oriented and able to work both independently and with a team * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
