Full description of the position
We are currently seeking to add a Used Car Manager to our Sales Team! This position is a perfect opportunity for a successful experienced manager or for the right person waiting for their big shot! This qualified candidate must possess automotive sales experience and strong communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with customers, employees, and vendors. Experience with appraisals, auctions, pricing to the market, and using the latest technology to appraise vehicles and market them is highly recommended. Responsibilities: * Manage used car inventory and pricing strategies * Appraise trade-ins accurately * Coordinate vehicle reconditioning and merchandising * Train and motivate sales staff * Monitor sales performance and profitability Automotive Used Car Manager Qualifications: * Automotive Sales Experience Required. * Provide outstanding customer service. * Ability to close a deal and negotiate effectively. * Work closely with Sales Mgrs, GSM a GM as well as the service team. * Prepare and review daily and monthly reports. * Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. * Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
