Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) In-Home Sales | Home Improvement Northwest Florida & Southeast Alabama Estimated Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ Hometown Contractors, Inc. is a well-established, locally owned home- improvement company serving NW Florida and SE Alabama. We specialize in windows, doors, siding, baths, patio rooms, and outdoor living projects. We're seeking a proven in-home sales professional ready to step into a leadership role. This position is ideal for a strong closer who can coach reps in the field and rehash demo / no-sale opportunities to create second chances to close. What You 'll Do * Support and coach in-home sales reps in the field * Ride along throughout: * Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa & Bay Counties (FL) * Baldwin, Mobile & Escambia Counties (AL) * Assist with objection handling, pricing, financing, and closing * Review demo / no-sale appointments and rehash to create second-opportunity sales * Personally follow up with homeowners after no-sale demos * Help train new reps and improve close rates and average ticket * Step in on escalated customer situations when needed What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of in-home residential sales experience (home improvement preferred) * Proven closer comfortable re-engaging unsold opportunities * Leadership, trainer, or senior sales experience a plus * Strong communication and professional in-home presence * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Compensation & Benefits * Base salary + performance-based bonuses * Realistic annual earnings: $85,000 - $130,000+ * Bonuses tied to: * Team revenue & close rate * Rehash / second-opportunity conversions * Assisted closes * Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (if applicable) * Clear growth path to Sales Manager Why Hometown Contractors * Locally owned and respected * Strong lead flow - no cold knocking * No big-box retail environment * Ethical, education-based sales process * Long-term career opportunity Apply today if you're ready to close more deals, help others succeed, and grow with a strong local company.
