Be part of a winning team! Ron Jon Surf Shop Pensacola Beach is currently seeking a full time Sales Associate! This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales by staying active on the sales floor. The Sales Associate engages with customers, maintains product displays, supports daily store operations, and contributes to a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment. This position requires strong communication skills, work ethic and attention to detail. A positive and professional demeanor is required. These positions have a starting pay rate of $17.00/hr. This position is a 40 hour a week schedule with 2 consecutive days off. Full time benefits include:

• Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers
• Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing
• Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner
• Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings (depending on shift).
