You will be expected close leads provided and never allow the word "NO" to keep you from moving on. This job is NOT for everyone! This means better profits for YOU * Outstanding reputation, making it easy to generate referrals. * On-Time, professional builds * This is a YEAR-ROUND position * Strong record of involvement in the community What you'll be doing: * Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. For retail, you will present different solutions for our clients needs * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Some project management * Establish and maintain best practices with leadership What you'll bring: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * The ability to meet new people with confidence. You will knock doors in in this position. * In home sales experience is HIGHLY DESIRABLE * Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Must have a valid Driver's License, a cellphone and comfortable on a residential roof Don't talk yourself out of the chance to make life changing money with a career you can be proud of!
