Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional 2nd Shift Onsite Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and client services during evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience in call center environments. Bilingual abilities, especially in English and other languages, are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer needs. SCHEDULE: Wednesday - Sunday (Monday & Tuesdays off) Wednesday - Friday: 3pm - 12pm Saturday - Sunday: 1pm - 10pm. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THIS SCHEDULE. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the 2nd shift, providing prompt and courteous customer support. * Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Assist clients with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution through effective communication. * Perform data entry accurately into company systems, ensuring all client interactions are properly documented. * Support client services by managing requests related to account updates, service questions, and troubleshooting. * Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to generate reports, document interactions, and analyze customer data when needed. * Handle cash transactions accurately if applicable, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality. Skills * English & Spanish Speaking REQUIRED * Onsite and Recruiting experience PREFERRED. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Strong sales aptitude with experience in customer support or client services preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and analysis tasks. * Previous call center experience or outbound calling background is advantageous. * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. * Good typing speed for efficient data entry; familiarity with call center software is beneficial. * Knowledge of cash handling procedures if applicable, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions.
