Nissan is looking for qualified Sales Consultants to join our team. Experience is a plus but not necessary. Our process is cradle to grave style and we pride ourselves on the low turn over rate compared to other dealers. We need someone who is client focused and motivated to sell volume. Income Potential of $100K Plus. We pay a monthly bonus of up to $7,500.00! Job Responsibilities: * Excellent Phone/Computer skills * Ability to follow our sales process * Prospecting on a daily basis to develop business opportunities * Data Mine Existing Customers * Maintain Nissan Certification * Ability to demonstrate all vehicle features and options * Maintain Excellent Customer Communication * Excellent Negotiation Skill * Complete all sales paperwork accurately * Conduct Vehicle Test Drive * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications: * Prior 'Face to Face" Sales Experience (preferred) * Must be Goal Oriented, Team Player * Have Negotiation Experience * Must have Strong Communication, Presentation, and Writing skills * The ability to close sales alone and with members of our sales team.
