Premier has over 15 locations across the United States with a 2026 expansion plan to be in 21 locations. The Role As Sales Manager, you will own the performance of the sales team. You'll recruit, train, ride along with reps, enforce the one-call-close process, and ensure targets are consistently hit. This role is for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and knows how to lead from the front. Key Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and manage in-home sales representatives * Coach reps on one-call-close strategy, objection handling, and presentation skills * Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews * Hold the team accountable to KPIs (close rate, average ticket, issued vs. sold) * Ensure strict adherence to the one-call-close sales process * Work closely with marketing and operations to maximize lead conversion * Drive consistent revenue growth and team performance What We 're Looking For * Proven experience managing a one-call-close or in-home sales team * Strong background in home improvement sales (bathroom remodeling preferred) * Demonstrated ability to train closers and increase close rates * High energy, disciplined, and highly organized * Confident leader who is comfortable with accountability and numbers * CRM experience and strong reporting skills What We Offer * Competitive base salary + aggressive performance bonuses * Opportunity to earn well above industry average based on results * Established lead flow (no cold knocking) * Clear systems, scripts, and processes * Growth opportunity in a rapidly scaling company * Full comprehensive benefit package * Huge upward mobility in organization Ready to Lead Closers and Win?
