The Opportunity As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and mentoring the broader sales and estimating team. Perks: Enjoy a provided fuel card, phone, laptop and comprehensive benefits Benefits: * Base pay: $110,000/year * Fuel card, phone, laptop provided * 401(k) with match; medical, dental, vision * FSA/HSA options; life insurance * Generous PTO and paid holidays Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, in-person visits, and consistent follow-up * Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets in alignment with yearly KPIs * Support and mentor account managers and estimators to ensure their continual development and success * Execute monthly marketing strategies including industry events, presentations, and networking activities * Oversee accurate use of CRM tools (HubSpot), ensuring detailed documentation and follow-ups * Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and client-aligned proposals * Actively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client engagement strategies What You Bring * 3+ years in B2B field sales or business development; restoration, construction, facilities, insurance services, or related industry strongly preferred. * Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a territory * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization; strong follow-through. * High level of initiative, personal accountability, and professional integrity * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) * Bachelor's degree preferred * Valid driver's license with an insurable record * Willingness to travel and work in varying environments What Success Looks Like You are high-energy, results-driven, and a natural relationship builder.
