Senior Sales Representative - Quartz Glass Manufacturing (B2B) Company: GM Quartz Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried GM Quartz is a family-owned manufacturer of quartz glass products serving technical and industrial markets, including semiconductor and related industries. We are seeking a senior sales professional to manage customer relationships, support new business development, and coordinate closely with internal teams. This role is primarily office-based. Occasional customer visits are part of the job, but day-to-day work is focused on account management, quoting, coordination, and consistent follow-through. This is a salaried position and does not include commission. Responsibilities * Manage and support existing customer accounts * Identify and develop new opportunities within established markets * Prepare quotes and manage pricing discussions * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers * Coordinate with engineering, production, and scheduling to align customer requirements with internal capabilities * Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with customers * Track customer activity and opportunities using internal systems Qualifications * Senior-level B2B sales experience in manufacturing or technical products * Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and constraints * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Sound judgment around pricing, lead times, and commitments * Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on manufacturing environment * Reliable, self-directed, and consistent in follow-through Preferred (Not Required) * Experience selling or supporting quartz glass products * Background in semiconductor, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing * Experience with ERP or CRM systems Compensation & Work Environment * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Established business with long-term customer relationships * Direct access to ownership and decision-makers * Practical, execution-focused work culture Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
