If you check these boxes, apply today for world class sales training. First year sales reps average earnings are $27,000. Returning reps are $63,000. Top reps make $100,000-250,000. Build your resume, your skillset and have the experience of a lifetime. - Reps are paid strictly on commission. Reps cover cost of gas, food and all other basic necessities. Housing is covered upfront with minimum quotas required to cover housing in its entirety. If quotas are not met, reps are responsible to cover housing. Uniforms and training material are provided. - Reps start at 25% commission on a retroactive pay scale. Commissions increase as revenue milestones are hit. Commission maxes out at 65% commission. Once 50% of contracted services are completed and paid, reps are paid the entirety of their commission owed on the first year of pest control services sold. - Reps are expected to work long hours March-September. The schedule to maximize success is very taxing. Reps can start later than March but no later than June 15. Reps can also end earlier than September. Remember, the payscale is retroactive. The more you sell, the more you earn. Knocking longer days and overall spending more time on the doors will multiply your earnings. -Reps are expected to be well-groomed.
