Pay: $13.00 to $25.00 Plus Tips & Retail Commission Summary: We are seeking a talented Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team at Fantastic Sams. In this role, you will earn $13.00 to $25.00 per hour (plus tips) and the opportunity to earn Commission on Service and Retail Sales. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in hair cutting, coloring, perming, relaxing, waxing, conditioning treatments and retail sales , while contributing to an environment that prioritizes client satisfaction and career development. Currently the salon is open Monday through Thursday 9 am - 6 pm, Friday 9 am - 7 pm, and Saturdays 8 am - 5 pm. Sundays - Closed. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, perming, relaxing, waxing services to clients. * Promote retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales. Requirements * Valid Kentucky cosmetology license. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * Willingness to learn new techniques and sell retail and participate in ongoing training programs when scheduled.
