BehaviorSpan is a mission-driven organization providing high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for young children with autism and developmental delays. With two joyful and inclusive centers in Denver and Aurora, we've helped hundreds of children transition successfully into mainstream education. Our unique treatment model emphasizes early skill development, and our goal is to graduate children within 12 months of entering our program. Position Overview BehaviorSpan is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Community Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and healthcare providers across the Denver area. This position plays a key role in expanding the reach of our therapy services and strengthening relationships with diagnosing doctors, schools, daycares, hospitals, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community outreach, relationship building, and promoting the therapeutic services offered by BehaviorSpan. This position offers base salary plus commission and bonus potential. Key Responsibilities Provider Outreach & Relationship Building * Travel across Denver to meet with diagnosing doctors, Primary Care Providers (PCPs), schools, daycares, physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), hospitals, autism groups, and other key healthcare providers. * Schedule and conduct in-person visits with an average of 8 appointments per day (Monday-Friday). * Make introductory phone calls to new providers to schedule appointments and introduce the company's services. * Over time, transition phone calls to regular check-ins with established relationships in place of in-person visits. * Maintain an up-to-date SalesForce record of interactions with healthcare providers, tracking progress, feedback, and next steps. Weekly Coordination & Planning * Attend weekly meetings with the Operations Manager and Intake Coordinator to review past weekly performance and strategize for the upcoming week. * Conduct research to identify new providers in the region and explore opportunities for collaboration. Community Engagement & Public Relations * Organize and participate in private community events every 3 months, such as family-friendly activities (e.g., Autism Community Store, petting zoos, trunk or treat, holiday events). Social Media & Online Engagement * Actively participate in local Facebook groups, Instagram , and LinkedIn to promote BehaviorSpan services and increase visibility in the community. * Share relevant content to engage with the community and healthcare providers, fostering a positive image of the company. Requirements * 2+ years of proven experience in a similar liaison, sales, or outreach role, preferably in healthcare or therapy-related fields. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable with frequent travel across Denver. * Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule. * Proficient in Google Workspace and social media platforms. * Proficient in CRM such as Salesforce * Comfort collaborating with clinical and operational teams Preferred * Experience in autism services, ABA, behavioral health, OT/SLP/PT, pediatrics, home health, or care coordination * Familiarity with insurance-driven care and Medicaid-related systems * Experience with social media marketing Equal Opportunity Employer BehaviorSpan embraces diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
