You'll be expected to deliver in-home demonstrations, consult on device selection, and close device sales at in-person appointments. AT &T Representative
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled residential visits and present cell phones with clear, hands-on demonstrations.
- Assess household needs and recommend the exact phone model and accessories that solve resident pain points.
- Close sales in-home, complete accurate customer information, and manage immediate device handoffs where applicable.
- Provide device setup assistance, transfer contacts, and show core features to ensure immediate value.
- Maintain rigorous follow-up on leads, missed appointments, and upgrade cycles to build repeat business.
- Collaborate with teammates to optimize neighborhood coverage and referral pathways.
- Stay current on device launches, trade-in values, and local availability to maximize close rates.
