Patera Landscaping - Omaha, NE Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive base + performance incentives Growth: High -- leadership impact, ownership visibility The Opportunity Patera Landscaping is looking for a Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset -- someone who wants more than just managing numbers. This role is about driving growth , leading people , and building a sales culture. You'll oversee sales across the entire company (residential + commercial), make sure targets are hit, and help push opportunities across the finish line when needed. If you like accountability, leadership, and being part of a growing business where your impact is visible -- this role is for you. What You 'll Own

• Company-wide sales performance (residential & commercial)
• Sales targets, tracking, and accountability
• Coaching and motivating designers & sales staff
• Improving close rates and pipeline flow
• Helping close deals when momentum is needed
• Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities
• Working directly with ownership on strategy and growth You are responsible for the big picture , not just individual deals. Who We 're Looking For
• Proven sales experience (management or leadership preferred)
• Strong people leader -- you know how to motivate and hold accountable
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable with numbers, goals, and performance tracking
• Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
• Sales or leadership experience in construction, landscaping, or home services is a plus (not required) What We Sell You'll oversee sales for projects including:
• Residential & commercial landscaping
• Outdoor living spaces & patios
• Retaining walls & hardscapes
• Trees & plant installations
• Water features & ponds
• Outdoor lighting
