As a Sales Representative (SDR) , you'll connect with small business owners, learn about their funding needs, and help guide them through the pre-approval process.

• Uncapped Commission + Daily/Weekly/Monthly Bonuses
• OTE $75,000 -$200,000+ in Year 1 (top reps already earning $200K+)

• Sales experience preferred (retail, call center, internship, or similar)
• Competitive, driven, and hungry to control your income
• Coachable and eager to learn proven sales skills
• Comfortable on the phone and resilient to rejection
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Compensation

• 35% uncapped commission on deals
• Bonuses paid daily, weekly, monthly
• First-year OTE: $75K -$200K+ (performance-based)
