Vehicle Listing Coordinator - Automotive Tech Marketplace Location: Irvine, CA Compensation: Base $35,000 + uncapped commission (OTE $75,000-$90,000+) Type: Full-time Fast-growth startup Looking for a role where personality, communication, and confidence all pay off? You'll manage 150+ warm inbound leads a day --no cold calling--helping sellers list their vehicles online, upload photos, and set up their listings with ease. What You 'll Do * Call, text, and follow up with sellers to help them list their vehicles. * Handle 150+ warm inbound leads daily -- no cold calling. * Guide sellers through quick photo uploads and listing setup. * Use CRM tools to stay sharp, organized, and efficient. What We 're Looking For * Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people. * Comfortable with tech, CRMs, and fast-paced multitasking. * Positive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated--you bring the spark. * Experience in sales, service, or call centers helps--but we train the right vibe.
