We are currently seeking a motivated Bilingual Business Development Representative to help launch and grow business activity at a new location. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in building relationships, generating new business, and creating structure from the ground up. The Business Development Representative will own B2B outreach, customer follow-up, and database development , serving as a key driver of early-stage revenue growth. This position works closely with leadership and operations to establish a strong customer base and support the transition of the new location into a stable, revenue-generating operation. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a B2B customer database, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups with contractors and builders, preparing and tracking quotes, converting leads into sales, and serving as the primary customer contact during the launch phase. Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort with outbound sales activity are essential. This role offers clear growth potential , with tiered salary progression based on performance and KPIs, and the opportunity to advance into a location- level business development leadership role as the operation grows Preferred qualifications: 1-3 years of B2B or inside sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently, and comfort using QuickBooks or CRM systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. What you 'll do:

• Strengthen long-term customer relationships Pay: $48,915.83 - $65,000.00 per year
