Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for: * Achieve their sales quota and sets a personal quota which should exceed the Company's standard * Develop and maintain target account system for major prospective clients, * Ensure that all goods and services sold are at a fair price and within Company policy on pricing, selling and collection * Maintain sales support and presentations materials in an organized and professional manner * Provide Manager with a regular report of activities; complete sales reports on time * Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume * Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned; Attend and participate in seminars, professional conferences * Maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times What we need from you: * 3 or more years of outside sales experience with an emphasis on prospecting and new customer development in the service industry. * Pest management industry experience an asset * Excellent written and verbal communication * Superior relationship building ability and thoroughness with clients * Strong sales skills with knowledge of the complete sales cycle * Works well independently What we offer: * Competitive compensation structure (base salary + commission) * Strong Health and Dental benefits * 401k matching * Company vehicle * Strong family-oriented culture * Continuous professional development opportunities If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment we'd like to meet you.
