We are seeking an experienced Automotive Bookkeeper to join our Corporate Accounting office located in Schaumburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a plethora of duties around the office that are critical to the daily business as well as the overall big picture of our organization. The responsibilities of this role are split into both daily and weekly/monthly duties. Bookkeeper Daily Responsibilities: * Floorplan payments and journal entries * Cancelations * Loaner/demo inventory processing * Post funding notices * Lien payoffs * Journal entries and reports as assigned Bookkeeper Weekly/Monthly Duties: * Inventory schedule maintenance * We owe schedule maintenance * Manage rebate receivable * Cook County taxes * Dealer reserve statements * F&I products/contract payables schedule maintenance * Floorplan audit * Projects or assignments as directed Qualifications: * Tekion experience a plus * Attention to detail * Ability to meet strict deadlines * GL knowledge If you believe that you have the proper qualifications for this role, please submit your resume!
