Key Job Responsibilities: * Greeting each patient who enters our dentist's office in a friendly and professional manner. * Represent practice through the introduction of treatment and sales of services. * Overcome potential barriers and/or objections from potential clients while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor. * Answer phones and return potential client's calls with exceptional service and in a genuinely warm and caring manner in pursuit of finding the clients true need.... * Provide superior patient service demonstrating sensitivity to patient needs. * Educate patients on payment options and secure patient financial commitment to help them get the dental care. - Help form an adhesive team delivering exceptional customer service.
