What You Will Do: * Engage with seniors and families in the community to share the benefits of joining CMG as their healthcare provider * Attend local events, community centers, and outreach activities to connect with potential patients * Build relationships and earn trust by being approachable, helpful, and professional * Work closely with our enrollment and marketing teams to help new members get started with CMG * Represent CMG's mission of providing quality care and services at no cost to patients What We Are Looking For * Outgoing and friendly personality who enjoys talking with people * Comfortable working in the field such as community events and local centers * Driven and goal oriented with a passion for helping others * Previous sales retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required * Bilingual English Spanish or English Creole is a strong advantage but not required Why Join CMG * Competitive pay with bonus opportunities * Full training and support.
