Mechanical Engineer - Inside Sales / Applications Support * Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience and at least 2 years in technical sales * Ideal candidates should be comfortable with high-volume customer communication, averaging 20-25 technical calls daily * Compensation ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually * Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder * Position located in Richfield, WI * Full-time, permanent W-2 employee with full benefits * No remote work option available * No relocation assistance provided This full-time, permanent Mechanical Engineer - Inside Sales / Applications Support position is with a reputable industrial manufacturer specializing in environmentally friendly products. The role involves utilizing industry- specific engineering software for sales applications and customer communication. Responsibilities include: * Engaging in approximately 30% of phone time daily (20-25 calls) * Applying engineering expertise to company products * Assessing customer needs and providing solutions * Analysing and offering alternative proposals Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and possess at least 2 years of industrial sales experience. Experience with combustion is advantageous. Other qualifications include a solid work history, residence within a 45-minute drive, and enjoyment of customer phone interactions.
