Position: Opener (Salary + Commission) This is the entry-level sales role on our team. You'll be responsible for calling warm and fresh business leads, engaging business owners, and setting up opportunities for our closers. What We Offer: * Salary + Commission : Weekly base pay with uncapped commission. * Progression Path : Training -> Junior Broker -> Senior Broker -> Team Leader (with overrides). * Bonuses : * Monthly bonuses up to $1,000 based on company revenue you generate. * Weekly spiff contests (cash bonuses $200-$800+). * Growth : Earn promotions by hitting production milestones -- move from opener to closer within months. * Culture : High-energy bullpen, competitive but team-driven atmosphere, leadership that promotes from within. Compensation Example * Training Period : $600 weekly base + commissions. * Junior Broker (post-training) : $700 weekly base + commissions. * Senior Broker : $45,000+/year salary + higher commissions, bonuses, syndication opportunities, and paid time off. Responsibilities * Call and qualify inbound & outbound leads (business owners). * Generate interest and transfer to closers or set up appointments. * Learn sales scripts and objection handling. * Track performance metrics in CRM. * Maintain a high activity level -- this is a phone-heavy role. Qualifications * Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Competitive, money-driven, and motivated by growth. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
