Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related services, particularly in commercial painting, drywall, stucco, masonry, and other related fields. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients while effectively promoting our services. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Present and promote our range of services, including commercial painting, drywall installation, stucco application, masonry work, plastering, concrete finishing, and airless paint spraying. * Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. * Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system. Skills * Proven experience in sales within the construction or related industries is preferred. * Strong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and materials. * Familiarity with drywall installation, stucco application, masonry work, plastering, concrete finishing, and airless paint spraying is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
