From handling customer communications to orchestrating show details, you'll be the go-to resource for smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences. Please Note: This is an in-person role based in our Southlake, TX office. Responsibilities Include: * Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM * Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a positive customer experience * Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including deliverables, vendor services, and pre/post-show surveys * Distribute event details and manage special requests for each show * Build and maintain strong relationships with associations and third-party vendors * Support execution of show-related marketing campaigns and social media initiatives * Represent Liberty Software at local, state, and national trade shows as needed Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred * 2+ years of experience in sales support, or event coordination, or other transferable roles * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach * Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Zoho or Salesforce also relevant) * Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to meet KPIs * Confident phone presence and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders * Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and research skills * Collaborative team player with a sense of urgency and can-do attitude * Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. * Willingness to travel up to 30% including a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and maintain auto insurance as required by law.
