About the Role Our client is a well-established, relationship-focused insurance brokerage serving clients for over 20 years. They're seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to independently manage a dedicated book of business and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day servicing. What You 'll Do * Manage commercial accounts from renewal through servicing * Act as a trusted advisor on coverages, claims, and carrier communication * Prepare proposals, ACORDs, binders, certificates, and policy documents * Quote and remarket accounts; negotiate with carriers * Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with contract requirements * Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and internal teams Work Schedule * Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:00 PM CST) * Flower Mound, TX (in-office) Qualifications * Active Property & Casualty License * 2+ years of commercial lines experience (agency, MGA, or brokerage) * Strong knowledge of GL, Property, Auto, WC, E&O * Experience with COIs, renewals, and AMS (Applied Epic preferred) * Highly organized with strong communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home Work Location: In person
