About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our marketing strategies through data-driven insights. In this role, you will be pivotal in sourcing call lists, coordinating campaign launches, and rigorously monitoring the effectiveness of our lead generation initiatives. Your expertise in marketing analytics and trends will directly influence our approach to engaging and acquiring new customers. Responsibilities * Curate and maintain a dynamic inventory of potential sales opportunities for Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring a consistent pipeline. * Mine and refine data to generate targeted call lists using CRM systems and external data services, enhancing data accuracy and relevance. * Oversee the distribution of leads from various sources to the sales team, optimizing response times and lead conversion rates. * Manage the daily and weekly workflow of outbound campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with sales objectives. * Collaborate in the development of marketing campaigns, providing insights on target markets and offer formulation to maximize campaign impact. * Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing lead sources to refine strategies and improve ROI. * Monitor industry communications, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. * Support the implementation and tracking of social media campaigns, contributing to brand awareness and lead generation. Qualifications Required Skills * A solid grasp of sales and marketing principles. * Familiarity with marketing automation platforms. * Proficiency in CRM systems. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
