What You 'll Do as a Sales & Recruiting Area Leader * Lead Dallas and Austin teams on recruiting and sales strategy. * Drive business growth through strategic networking, relationship-building, and inside sales excellence * Coach and lead the team to source, engage, and place top-tier talent while maintaining high fill ratios and strong retention * Develop and strengthen client partnerships, ensuring business needs are met with urgency and high-level service * Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to execute goals and push the business forward * Take full ownership of your business and drive the team to hit metrics and KPI's.
