We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our leadership team in senior living. The Director of Sales is responsible for driving occupancy growth, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring families and prospective residents have an exceptional experience throughout the decision- making process. This role requires a strong leader with the ability to generate leads and build relationships while aligning with overall community goals. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets. * Deliver exceptional customer service and results. * Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. * Ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-up. * Partner with community leadership to create seamless transitions for new residents. * Represent the community at networking events, outreach initiatives, and professional gatherings. * Proven success in sales leadership, preferably within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. * Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools and reporting to track performance. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
