What You'll Do

Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing Conduct roof inspections and present solutions Guide customers through the insurance claim process Attend adjuster appointments and installation days Maintain communication with homeowners and insurance carriers Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, trust, and communication

Requirements

Reliable truck (company does NOT provide a vehicle) Valid driver's license and insurance Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, motivated, and results-driven Comfortable door knocking and generating your own leads Operate with direction, based on expectations, and consistent with a workload associated for a Full Time Employee

Compensation
