What must be accomplished: * Complete our 6-step customer Service System. * Troubleshoot and diagnose- "What is the problem?" * Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine/drain jetter. * General drain clearing and repairing. * Communicate and educate the customer about the issue. How success will be measured: * Complete 4 calls a day. * Maintain a 90% conversion rate goal. * Meet the company's daily revenue target. * Overall performance. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience. * Plumbing experience is a plus! * OSHA 10 certification is a plus! * Customer service skills. * Communication skills. * Able to work independently. * Able to problem solve. * A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
