Talent Source is a veteran-owned business that is seeking a Business Development Manager with staffing sales experience focused on administrative, accounting, and banking/finance roles. Responsibilities * Develop and close new contract & contract-to-hire staffing business * Sell staffing solutions for admin, accounting, banking/finance, and office support roles * Prospect, build pipeline, and manage client relationships * Partner with recruiting teams to deliver qualified talent Requirements * 2+ years staffing sales experience (admin, accounting, or banking/finance preferred) * Understanding of contract & contract-to-permanent models * Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills Position Details * Contract-to-permanent * Growth Opportunities * Remote flexibility EOE Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
