Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and customer service, with a proven track record in technology or technical sales. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and fostering long-term client relationships. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and analytical skills. The Sales Manager will lead commercial growth efforts across nuclear, medical, industrial, research, and government sectors. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals * Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity * Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and business development strategies * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders * Oversee account management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention * Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively * Represent Arrow-tech at major industry conferences and trade shows. * Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business Development on Customer requirements, production directions and commercial initiatives. * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives * Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement * Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills in outside sales, negotiation, and technical product knowledge * Oversee Forecasting, pricing and revenue execution to meet financial targets. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or radiation safety, detection, medical imaging, nuclear or industrial NDT markets. * Strong background in marketing, customer service, and business development * Strong understanding of regulatory environments (NRC, DOE, FDA, ANSI/ISO) * Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management roles * Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms * Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction * Strong understanding of analysis skills related to market trends and sales performance * Prior experience in business development roles is preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Physics, Radiation Safety or other related fields) is highly desirable This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a talented team and contribute significantly to our company's growth trajectory.
